Majestic Courier LLC provides logistics solutions including courier services, ground freight operations, shipping, third-party logistics (3PL) management, and specialized medical and pharmaceutical delivery services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a shipment or transaction violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting orders, booking shipments, or creating accounts.
Ensure that all shipments comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations, including restrictions on hazardous materials, contraband, and prohibited goods.
Properly package and label all items to prevent damage or delays.
Pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes related to your use of our services.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All payments are due in full at the time of service booking or invoicing.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries if payments are outstanding.
Late payments may incur interest charges as allowed by applicable law.

For recurring clients or corporate accounts, specific payment schedules may be outlined in separate service agreements.

4. Shipment Terms

We strive to meet all stated delivery times; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly specified in a service-level agreement.
Majestic Courier LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier issues, customs delays, or government actions.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before the shipment is dispatched.
Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for cancelled services are subject to review and may be reduced by administrative or preparation costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Majestic Courier LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our liability for any claim arising from a shipment or service shall be limited to the lesser of (a) $100 USD, or (b) the amount paid for the specific service, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or insurance policy.

Customers are encouraged to inquire about additional insurance options for high-value shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, trademarks, images, text, and software — is the property of Majestic Courier LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
