1. Service Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations:
If you cancel a scheduled service before your shipment has been dispatched, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the circumstances and preparation work completed. -
Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply for extreme situations and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. -
Service Errors by Majestic Courier LLC:
If a delivery failure occurs due to an error on our part (such as gross negligence or service non-fulfillment without valid cause), we may issue a full or partial refund or offer a credit toward a future service, at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Packages deemed undeliverable due to customer absence, refusal to accept, or failure to meet delivery requirements.

Failure to comply with packaging or labeling guidelines resulting in damage or delays.

Loss or damage to shipments without proper insurance coverage, if not attributable to Majestic Courier LLC's negligence.

3. Requesting a Refund
